Livia Caroline Hi there!

Hello, peeps! I'm Brazilian and i'm totally in love with Les Mills programs. My biggest inspiration are Rach and Dan Cohen. They are my heroes and i look up to them. Body Combat would be my favorite class, although i love them all. Seriously. From RPM to Body Jam. I take BC classes everyday and i just can't live without it. My favorite release would be BC34. KIZZY WALKEY marathon taper madness...

This plan includes two RPM classes a week because I LOVE it but I REALLY need some advice on how to make it more comfortable - I'd like to think it's because I've burnt off so much fat I'm just sitting on bones but that's not really accurate...! RaisingTheBar29 Injury!

Arghhh so frustrating!!! Have been going SO well and then I had a silly accident yesterday where I rolled my ankle in a puddle on the bathroom floor - I had to skip Boobcampt this morning and felt so bad about it. Because it's a competition to raise funds for Breast Cancer Research we lose points for all sorts of things including a team member missing a session. Suzanne Foster Bodypump and me!

I kept hearing all the buzz about Bodypump class. My gym did not have the Les Mills classes so I tried a Bodypump class at another gym as a guest. I loved it so much I joined that night. Now I am addicted. I take the Bodypump class three days a week. I actually look forward to going to the gym now. Plus, I feel I have a whole new group of friends. I love it! I am going to train to be instructor soon. So great!! Continue

Hi all, Going SO WELL - exercising five times a week and more importantly enjoying it! Am trying to up my incidental exercise too, and nutrition-wise I am going really well. I really understand now the key is not to deprive yourself of anything, or feel like you are "on a diet". Plus I am getting really addicted to those exercise endorphins - amazing how good you can feel after a workout, I think I am getting addicted! Hi all, Pleased to tell you I have been a very good girl since last week - I've been power walking and doing classes (ie, exercise I actually enjoy, what a novel idea!). Alexandra Mobley Back to the Gym

Well, I am back from vacation and started back with Body Pump last night for the first time in two weeks .... my legs are hurting (no surprise) and I have 29 stairs up to my office, which somehow I have managed to go up and down about a hundred times today .... even my arms hurt - probably from the HORRIBLE bicep track Glenn inflicted on us last night! Sarah body combat changed EVERYTHING !

Just over a year ago i was living the high life in london, drinking, smoking and 'enjoying' life or so i thought!
